Louise Bloor
Director
Louise has been in the care industry for over 30 years starting out with adult social services. Louise then went on to have 3 children 2 of whom are also carers for Snowdrop Home Care Rutland. Louise then went on to become a home carer. Louise was a registered care manager for a local company however when the company Louise previously worked for closed, Louise finally decided the time was right to start a company of her own and started Snowdrop Home Care Rutland in 2019.
Sally Lacey
Registered Care Manager
Sally has been in the care industry for over 25 years. Sally started as a home carer and then became a senior Carer between this time Sally had 3 children. Sally then became a care coordinator. Sally is very Passionate about her job, and the importance of people staying in their own homes.
