Domiciliary Care
At Snowdrop Home Care Rutland we believe that each customer is unique so we make sure your care plan is designed to meet your preferences and needs in a way that suits your lifestyle. We will support and provide you with the support you want.
Personal Care
We offer personal care services from a 30 minute call to 24 hour live in care. All our care staff are fully trained in the services we offer.
Our personal care services:
- Morning Call, help you get up, wash, shower or bath, assist you getting dressed and have breakfast.
- Prepare meals for all mealtimes
- Shop with you or for you
- Help with laundry and general house cleaning.
- Assist with medication
- Assist with toileting
- Assist you to bed
Befriending
We offer a befriending service from a general chat or accompanying you to an activity. We can also accompany you to a hospital or doctors appointment.
Palliative Care
Snowdrop Home Care Rutland believes if it is somebody's wish to spend their last few days at home they should be able to, so we offer a palliative care service tailored for your needs. We have a specialised trained group of staff who will work with other health professions to ensure any symptoms are managed, your dignity is maintained and you are comfortable.
Day Care
Every Wednesday we run a Day care centre in Stamford with a range of different activities, games and crafts, with lunch and refreshments provided. An excellent way to socialise and meet new people.
